Malik McKoy is a multimedia artist based in Montreal, Quebec. With a practice that consists of both painting and digital media, McKoy attempts to create a visual world that lives across both practices.
Recently, McKoy has exhibited alongside Oliver Husain at Susan Hobbs Gallery in their collaborative show titled “lenticoolers”. In 2022, McKoy completed a solo residency at the Robert McLaughlin Gallery in Oshawa, as part of the RBC Emerging Artist Program. In the past year, McKoy also had public artworks installed across the GTA including Pickering and Vaughan. Currently, McKoy is pursuing a MFA degree at Concordia University.
