No Plexus’ experimental and sincere take on alternative pop music is best expressed in their audio visual performances. Their shows combine anthemic synths, powerful vocal performance, hyperreal sound design and pulsing beats with a sensorial assault of lighting and visual design. Lyrically, No Plexus often uses personal and intimate framings to describe more existential or phenomenological concepts, such as millennial dread in their debut album Rite of Passage (2023). Forthcoming releases in 2025 see the duo focus on the personal, natural and mythological by combining liquid sounding sound design and hyperreal acoustic instruments. Since releasing their debut album Rite of Passage (2023), the group have been honing their live shows while touring worldwide, appearing at festivals and stages such as MOFO Festival (FR), Rewire (NL), A’LARME! (DE), Le Lieu Unique (FR), Musica (FR), MUTEK Montreal (CAN), MUTEK Mexico, and International Symposium of Electronic Art (AUS).
