Arushi Jain is a multi-hyphenate artist (composer, vocalist, modular synthesist, engineer). She currently resides between New York and New Delhi. Her 2021 album Under a Lilac Sky was hailed as an Experimental Album of the Year by Pitchfork and a Global Album of the Month in the Guardian, whilst her innovative approach earned Arushi Jain a place in Forbes 30 under 30 list for Music in 2023. Jain’s highly anticipated follow up album Delight was released on Leaving Records on March 29th. Resident Advisor described Delight as “A luscious sound bath of modular synthesis and tranquil vocals that charts the Indian artist's inner quest for pleasure.”, and Pitchfork called it “Heavenly”. The record was proclaimed one of the best albums of the week and month by Pitchfork, Fader, Guardian.

Pique is a forward-thinking, artist-driven quarterly event series featuring eclectic musical, visual and multimedia artists, produced by Debaser. Pique takes place four times per year at the Arts Court (67 Nicholas St, Ottawa). 

2025 Pique dates are March 7-8, June 7, September 27 and December 13.
