Winta Hagos is a Toronto-based cultural producer and multidisciplinary creative specializing in the development of emerging cultural spaces and community-driven events. She works closely with organizations in their infancy, guiding projects from early ideation through to tangible execution, translating vision into operational, spatial, and programmatic reality.

Her experience spans the launch and growth of spaces such as It’s Ok* Studios, Estrelar Sound, and Office Space Untitled, where she has led cultural programming, event production, artist coordination, and technical implementation. She is known for building strong production systems that align creative direction with budgets, logistics, vendor management, security planning, and team oversight.

In addition to her arts leadership, Hagos brings over a decade of corporate project management experience supporting new space openings across Canada. This foundation informs her structured, solutions-oriented approach to timelines, buildouts, stakeholder communication, and execution under pressure. Grounded in community-centered practice, her work prioritizes access, clarity, and cultural integrity, creating environments that are both operationally sound and deeply resonant.
