A forward-thinking, artist-driven festival series like no other, Pique brings together diverse artistic communities to explore, experiment and connect.

A building-wide multi-arts event like no other, Pique facilitates discovery of independent artists and the presentation of groundbreaking new work.

Over the past 16 editions, Pique has become the most vital cultural event in Ottawa, welcoming over 100 artists and 5,000 audience members per year to experience a bold and forward-thinking multi-arts program.

Pique has featured an inter/national roster of innovative and forward-thinking artists, including BAMBII, Frost Children, Alice Longyu Gao, Joe Rainey, Cecile Believe, LA Timpa, Evicshen, Raven Chacon, Lido Pimienta, Maylee Todd, Vivek Shraya, Bear Witness (of the Halluci Nation), Cartel Madras, Debby Friday, Backxwash, Sook-Yin Lee, and many more. We acknowledge and pay respect to the Algonquin Anishinaabeg people on whose land we operate. If you support our programming, please consider supporting a local Indigenous organization or fundraiser.

Pique is a forward-thinking, artist-driven quarterly event series featuring eclectic musical, visual and multimedia artists, produced by Debaser. Pique takes place four times per year at the Arts Court (67 Nicholas St, Ottawa).

2025 Pique dates are March 7-8, June 7, September 27 and December 13.
